Tripods in the module system
FLUKO lifting stands are the economical and economical solution for batch production of liquid products. Due to the extremely flexible adaptation of proven technology, individual machine configurations can be adapted to the operating conditions and various customer requirements. Ergonomics and safety
Static agitators can pose a considerable risk to the operator and are subject to strict legal regulations. Our machines are designed and built to comply with the European Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC. They meet all the requirements of occupational health and safety for their employees. On request, we can provide risk analyzes for our products.
The operation, e.g. In lifting devices is done according to ergonomic aspects. The safety devices ensure that the risks of use are minimized, but with the greatest possible usability. The electrical controls are always carried out according to DIN EN ISO13849.
The tripod versions can be supplied for use in hazardous areas. Since 2003, we have supplied tripods in ATEX version according to the guideline EG94 / 9 for zone 1, 2, up to zone 0 in the container. In general, the following safety aspects must be taken into account in the case of tripod agitators:
The stirring stirrer shaft and the stirrer must not pose a risk to the operator.
Height switch
The automatic shutdown of the stirrer drive when lifted outside the working area. This permits the operation of the agitator only in the lowered area.
Tank cover / Shaft protection tube
Here, the work areas are protected by a separate cover from the operator’s intervention. Operator openings with grilles are a common remedy here. If different container dimensions are provided, movably guided shaft or container covers can solve the problem of the intervention protection. Fixed shaft protection tubes can also be used for the shaft cover.
Container lock
The locking device fixes the container so that it can not move through the agitation energy. In addition, this fixation is monitored by limit switches to ensure that the agitator can only be operated when the container is present and positioned. Two versions are available: the spindle lock and, alternatively, the lashing strap lock.
Specifications
The three tripod base units made of stainless steel square tubes in a closed version consist of roller-bearing lifting slides and a locking possibility, which allows the agitator to any desired height position within the lifting range for the lifting machine. Depending on the agitator weight, the basic units are divided into 3 sizes 80, 100 and 120.
Wall stand
Wall stands are typical fixed workstations at which the mixing containers are moved towards the tripod. As a rule, control elements such as control cabinets are mounted on the adjacent wall. The wall stand consists of 2 wall brackets attached to the tripod slide to attach the tripod to the wall. Floor or ceiling panels are also possible. The suitability of the wall for assembly must be checked by the customer.
Flooring
If no suitable walls are available, or to remain flexible in positioning, the tripods can be delivered in the freestanding floor version.
The floor stand consists of a stainless steel H-leg with four height-adjustable rubber feet and a lifting column for fastening the machine. As a variant to the H-foot, we offer a base plate for fixed screwing.
Traveling tripod
The highest flexibility is offered by the driving tripod. Here, the tripod can also be moved to the mixing container. For control units, the control cabinet is mounted directly on a support on the stand base. The driving unit consists of a stainless steel chassis, two fixed forklift trucks roll forward and backward in pallets and two steering rollers at the rear, with double stop for secure fixing of the tripod.
Lifting unit counterweight
The simplest lifting system is the counterweight. Especially for lighter agitators the cheap counterweight lifting unit is announced. The lifting carriage with the agitator is redundantly balanced via two stainless steel ropes to a weight running in the lifting column. The agitator is lifted and lowered by hand. The operation can be carried out from the front or from the rear depending on the spatial conditions. For larger weights, a pneumatic actuator or a spindle drive should be selected.
Pneumatic lifting unit
The lifting unit consists of a double acting cylinder with end bearing damping. The cylinders are specially designed for our lifting stands and are safe, even when the air supply is interrupted, eg by hose breakage. The lifting weight, depending on the cylinder diameter, is a maximum of 300 kg. The lifting unit can be operated either pneumatically or electrically / pneumatically.
Lifting unit spindle
The spindle lifting unit is electrically driven and consists of a closed trapezoid spindle in a pusher tube. The spindle lifting unit is used when larger agitators are to be lifted. The controls are integrated in our agitator controls. The maximum lifting weight is 300 kg.
